Problem
Lifestyle tracking is fragmented: one app for training, another for food, another for habits — and most stop working when the signal drops.
Solution
One React Native codebase on iOS, Android and web. Five domains, a shared design system, every write queued for offline.
Result
34 releases across Google Play, TestFlight and the web. WCAG 2.1 AA. First load from 11.3s to 0.6s.

What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes with a senior engineer, not a sales rep. You describe what you are running and what is not working; we tell you what we would look at first, roughly what it would take, and whether we are the right people for it. No slides and no follow-up sequence.
How much do you charge?
Engagements are quoted per piece of work, not per hour, so you know the number before anything starts. A systems audit is a fixed fee and produces a written proposal you own. Build work is fixed-scope wherever the scope can be pinned down, and time-and-materials only where it genuinely cannot.
What is the smallest engagement you take?
A systems audit, which is usually a week or less. It is deliberately the cheapest way to work with us, because it is also the honest way to find out whether a larger engagement is worth it.
Who owns the code?
You do, in full, including the repository history. We do not retain licences, and nothing is held back to keep you on a retainer.
What happens after handover?
The code is documented and tested so another team can pick it up, which is the point. If you would rather we kept looking after it, a support retainer covers monitoring, maintenance and continued improvement — but it is an option, never a condition.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, and we are happy to sign yours before the first call if you would prefer to talk specifics straight away.
